1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
⚠️ Due to the nature of jewelry, we strictly inspect all returned items for hygiene and quality reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless damaged or incorrect

Items bought during sale/discount/clearance

Products damaged due to misuse, water exposure, chemicals, or improper care
3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive:

A damaged product, or

A wrong item different from your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds will be made to the original payment method
Payment Method–Wise Refunds:

bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer: Refunded to the same account

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bKash / Bank transfer after confirmation
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), LeeStylo will bear the return shipping cost

If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
6. Exchange Policy
